Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchases from us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return all or part of your order for a refund. Refund is ALWAYS LESS the shipping fees. Please email us at email@example.com with the list of items you would like to return and a description of the issue with them (so we can address those issues going forward for others benefit) and we will email you a return authorization (RA#). No returns are accepted unless it is authorized by us. Once an RA# has been issued, the item needs to be mailed back to us within 7 calendar days.

. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charge and packing items securely. . We advise using padded envelopes or other cushioned material to return . Please include a copy of your invoice with the returns. . We recommend getting a tracking number to check the status of delivery.

We go to great lengths to make sure that all items are given an accurate description and size. It is the buyer's responsibility to READ the Description of the Listing carefully.
