Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchases from us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return all or part of your order for a refund. Refund is ALWAYS LESS the shipping fees. There will  be a 15% restocking fee charged on returns. Please email us at beadprism@beadwholesaler.com with the list of items you would like to return and a description of the issue with them (so we can address those issues going forward for others benefit) and we will email you a return authorization (RA#). No returns are accepted unless it is authorized by us. Once an RA# has been issued, the item needs to be mailed back to us within 7 calendar days.

.  We advise using padded envelopes or other cushioned material to return

.  We recommend getting a tracking number to check the status of delivery.

We go to great lengths to make sure that all items are given an accurate description and size. It is the buyer's responsibility to READ the Description of the Listing carefully. If you are not sure of size, please email us for clarification so you as a buyer clearly understands what you are purchasing before you place an order.
